摘要
介绍了基于C#的无刷直流电动机控制综合实验系统,给出了系统的硬件结构图和无刷直流电机无霍尔传感器控制的流程图以及上位机通信接口的协议。针对PI控制参数难以整定的难题,设计了上位机速度监控程序,能直观地对电机转速和转速设定值进行实时监控,能选择适合在不同的转速下最佳的PI调节参数。实验结果表明,所设计的控制器参数调节系统可以降低系统的稳态误差,实现对电机的高精度速度控制,为学生创新实验提供了新的实验平台。
This paper proposes the development of comprehensive experimental platform for BLDCM control system based on C#,which gives the hardware block diagram of the control system and a control flowchart of BLDCM without Hall control,and protocols of PC communication interface.According to that the PI parameter is difficult to tuning,this article develops the monitoring program,which can give speed for researchers monitoring real-timely combining with the velocity display by PC easily and intuitively,which can choose the best PI adjustment parameters under different speeds.Experimental results show that the designed parameters adjustment system can reduce the steady-state error,and also it is suitable for high precision motor control,meanwhile,an innovative experimental platform is given for students.
