摘要
作为水稻物理机械特性主要指标,谷粒与粒柄的连接力是衡量脱粒难易程度的重要因素。为了给水稻脱粒机械的研发提供相应的理论分析及数据支持,本文对湖南地区14种高产水稻进行了谷粒与粒柄之间连接力的测试,分析了不同位置分枝连接力的大小和含水率对连接力的影响。得到了谷柄连接力的分布范围,以及高产水稻产量与谷柄连接力之间的关系。结果表明,水稻顶部分枝连接力最小,底部分枝连接力最大;随着含水率下降,谷柄连接力呈减小的趋势;谷柄连接力的分布是呈右偏态分布;连接力与单位产量呈正相关关系。
As the main index of the physical and mechanical properties of rice,grain and grain handle connecting force is an important factor to measure the degree of difficulty of threshing.In this paper,tests of connecting handles between the rice grains and the grain handles of 14 kinds of high-yielding rice in Hunan have been done.Research on the curve of the relationship between connection force and displacement,got the valley handle connected power distribution,and got the relationship between yield and connecting force of high-yielding rice.The article also analyzed the effects of different positions branch connection force,and the relationship between the connection force and water content was discussed.The results showed that the top branch connecting force was minimum,the bottom branch connections force was maximum.The valley handle connecting force was a decreasing trend with moisture content decreased.Distribution of valley handle connecting force was right-skewed distribution and the connection force was positively correlated with the yield.
