摘要
目的探讨相位对比数字化乳腺摄影系统在乳腺癌诊断中的影像特点及临床应用。方法回顾性分析2012年2月至2014年10月解放军第401医院经手术或穿刺活检病理证实的51例女性乳腺癌患者资料,对患者的影像特点进行分类,并进一步研究其细节。结果 51例乳腺癌的X线征象分为直接征象和间接征象。直接征象:肿块型19例,占37.3%;钙化型15例,占29.4%;浸润型5例,占9.8%;混合型12例,占23.5%。间接征象:局限性皮肤增厚及收缩8例,占15.7%;乳头回缩9例,占17.6%;异常血管12例,占23.5%;彗星尾征2例,占3.9%。结论相位对比数字化乳腺摄影系统能够提供较好的图像质量,对早期乳腺癌的诊断具有较高临床价值。
Objective To investigate the phase-contrast digital mammography system（ PCM）characteristics and clinical application in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The data of 51 breast cancer patients confirmed by surgery or biopsy pathology from February 2012 to October 2014 in PLA 401 Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The characteristics of the patients＇ images were classified,and the details were further studied. Results X-ray findings were divided into direct signs and indirect signs. Direct signs： mass was in 19 cases,accounting for 37. 3%; calcification in 15 cases,accounting for 29. 4%; infiltrative in 5cases,accounting for 9. 8%; mixed in 12 cases,accounting for 23. 5%. Indirect signs： limitations skin thickening and shrinkage was in 8 cases,accounting for 15. 7%; nipple retraction in 9 cases,accounting for17. 6%; abnormal blood vessels in 12 cases,accounting for 23. 5%; comet tail sign in 2 cases,accounting for3. 9%. Conclusion PCM can provide better image quality,and has considerable clinical value in the early diagnosis of breast cancer.
