摘要
本文旨在探讨微生态疗法与儿童健康的关系。通过微生态疗法定义、微生态制剂分类、安全性、作用机制,及其在儿童保健中的临床应用与进展(包括婴儿期营养、食物蛋白过敏、肠道微生态平衡与肠道健康等方面)进行阐述,使广大儿科儿童保健医生更合理地应用微生态制剂,促进儿童生长和健康,达到防病、治病的效果。
This review aims to investigate the relationship between the micro ecological treatment and children＇s health from the aspects of definition,classification,safety and mechanism of probiotics and prebiotics and its clinical application（ including nutrition of infant period,food protein allergy,intestinal micro ecological balance and intestinal health）,and aims to make the general pediatric children care doctors more reasonably apply probiotics,promote children＇s growth and health.
