胃肠道混合性神经内分泌肿瘤研究进展

Research progress of mixed exocrine-neuroendocrine tumors

近年来,随着免疫组织化学技术常规运用,提高了胃肠道中神经内分泌肿瘤成分的发现率。胃肠道混合性神经内分泌肿瘤为神经内分泌肿瘤的一种特殊分类,是一种罕见的肿瘤,由具有外分泌成分的腺瘤/癌和内分泌成分的神经内分泌瘤/癌构成,有着自身的临床病理生理、表型、免疫组织化学和分子生物学特性。由于目前尚无大规模的流行病学及临床随机对照实验对其进行规范化研究,致使其命名、分类混乱,诊疗亦不规范。本文将基于现有的临床和基础研究结果对这一类疾病进行综述,从而提高临床医师意识,增加其检出率,为未来大样本的临床诊断、治疗和预后研究奠定基础。

In recent years,systematic application of immunohistochemical techniques to the study of gastrointestinal tumors has demonstrated that the presence of an exocrine component was frequently. Mixed exocrine-neuroendocrine tumors（ MANECs） were rare condition of endocrine tumors,including a wide spectrum of combinations of exocrine adenomas / carcinoma and neuroendocrine adenomas / carcinoma components,which show a divergent clinico-pathologic,phenotype,immunohistochemistry and molecular biological features. Because of few large-scale epidemiological and randomized controlled studies in the literature have addressed the MANECs,the nomenclature,category,diagnosis and treatment of MANECs still remain controversial. This paper is an overview of the clinical and basic study,which improves identification of these rare tumors. Additionally,it is worth noting that these awareness may assist clinicians in deciding the appropriate diagnosis and treatment method.
