铜尾矿压缩固结系数的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 选取四川凉山矿业拉拉铜矿排放到小打鹅尾矿库的铜尾矿为试样,利用固结仪和改造的三轴仪,研究分析铜尾矿的固结系数及其变化规律。结果表明,固结压力对三种粒级铜尾矿固结系数的影响规律基本一致,随固结压力增大,固结系数先增加,且增速较快,达到峰值后再下降,下降速率越来越小,最后趋于一个稳定值。随着尾矿颗粒粒径变小,固结系数峰值变小,达到峰值时所对应的固结压力则呈增大趋势。铜尾矿渗透系数与孔隙比之间呈指数关系,固结系数随固结应力变化的关系式为Cv=[(1+e0)ln10×nk010m(e-e0)×σ']/(γwCc)。 The consolidation coefficient of copper tailings and their variation are investigated and analyzed by using oedometer and soil triaxial, and the copper railings are from the Xiaodae Tailings Pond of Lala Copper Mine of Sichuan Liangshan Mining Company. The results show that the effects of the consolidation pressure on the consolidation coefficient of three types of copper railings are basically the same. With the increase of the consolidation pressure, consolidation coefficient is initially increased rapidly, while it reaches a peak then is slowly decreased to a stable value. The peak value of the consolidation coefficient is decreased with the decrease of the copper tailings particle size, while consolidation pressure corresponding to the peak tends to increase. The relationship of the tailings permeability coefficient and void ratio is presented as exponential function. The consolidation coefficient variation of the copper tailings with consolidation stress is consonant with the formula of Cv = [ (1 + e0)ln10 × nko10^m(e-t0) ×σ]/(γwCc).
