摘要
以船舶柴油机SCR吹灰系统为对象,设计不同结构的喷嘴,并对单个喷嘴的吹灰效果进行仿真计算,选出在有排气流场的情况下吹灰效果最优的喷嘴结构。通过比较单个喷嘴的有效吹灰面积与SCR反应器内催化剂的截面积,合理布置喷嘴位置和数量,得到最佳的吹灰系统布置方案。
For the soot blowing of the SCR system for marine diesel engines, the injector nozzles with different structures are designed. The soot blowing effect is validated for each nozzle using the simulation calculation. The optimal structure of the nozzle under the exhaust flow field is chosen. The optimal layout of blowing system is concluded by comparing the effective blowing area of a single nozzle with the cross - sectional area of the catalyst and arranging the position and quantity of noz- zles.
