摘要
在阅读《改革:中国做对的顺序》一书的基础上,从比较历史制度分析、博弈分析、路径依赖和学习机制几个角度解释中国改革开放以来制度变迁获得成功的原因,并对我国未来制度变革方向进行分析和展望。认为政府层面的正式制度变革不能脱离历史的发展规律和社会意识等非正式制度,在兼顾多方利益的同时,还要注意制度供给准确的顺序和时机,这是制度变迁获得成功的关键因素。
Based on reading“Reform China Takes Appropriate Steps”,this paper explains reason of the success of institution transition since China’s reform and opening from several perspectives of comparative historical institutional analysis,game analysis,path dependence and learning mechanism,and the future direction of institutional change in China is analyzed and prospected.This paper finds out the formal institutional transition at the government level can not be separated from informal institution such as law of historical development and social consciousness,it must to balance multi-aspectual ?interests as well as pay attention to the accurate order and opportunity of the system supply,witch is the key factor for the success of institutional transition.
