摘要
校企深度合作是实施"卓越计划"的关键。政府、学校、企业和学生是校企合作的参与主体和利益主体,而各相关主体的功能缺位影响了学校和企业合作培养卓越工程人才的效果。鉴于我国"卓越计划"尚处于探索阶段,校企合作顺利运行需要经历认同、磨合以及适应的过程,其中问题的存在有其合理性。相关主体协调机制的建立与健全,以及借鉴国外成熟的校企合作模式,能够促进我国校企合作的顺利运行。
Deep cooperation between schools and enterprises is the key to implement the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers.The running of this cooperation of the Plan has some problems when its four subjects,including government,school,enterprise and students,coordinated not very well.The depth of cooperation between schools and enterprises need a process of recognition,run-in and adaption,it also requires the government,enterprises and schools give lots effort together.The successful foreign cooperation educational patterns have significant enlightenment to our countries’School-enterprise cooperation.
