摘要 变压器绝缘对于高频变压器的安全稳定运行非常重要,尤其是高频高压变压器的电压等级较高,对变压器绝缘性能提出了更高的要求。以一台大功率高频高压除尘变压器作为对象,研究了不同绕组绕制方法对变压器绕组绝缘的影响,并对变压器主绝缘的电场进行仿真分析。结果表明:改变绕组结构可以有效改善绕组电压分布以及提高变压器绝缘的耐压水平,绝缘纸板-油结构完全可以满足高频高压变压器主绝缘的要求,可为大功率高频高压变压器的绝缘设计提供参考。 Transformer insulation is very important to the safe and stable operation of high frequency transformer, especially the voltage grade of high frequency high voltage transformer is high, which presents higher requirements for the insulating properties. Using a high power high frequency high voltage transformer for dust removal as research object, the effect of different winding methods on the transformer winding insulation was studied, and the electric field of main insulation was simulated and analyzed.The results show that the change of winding structure can effectively improve the voltage distribution of winding and increase the breakdown voltage of insulation. The insulation paperboard-oil structure can meet the requirements of main insulation for high frequency high voltage transformer, which can provide reference for the insulation design of high frequency high voltage transformer.
