大学生就业问题让高校大量增设新型学科专业,并着力提高学科专业的可雇佣性。学科专业漂移现象出现,使得学科专业定位变得摇摆不定。学科专业出现取向模糊、内涵同质化以及不平衡性等一系列困境,面对这一难题,应在学科专业调整权利分配、专业设置调整机制及其互动上进行改革。

The problem of university students employment made up a large number of new disciplines in university. and the employ ability of disciplines has been improved by university. The phenomenon of disciplines and specialties drift makes orientation of disciplines and specialties to become more and more uncertain.A series of difficulties appeared in disciplines and specialties,such as fuzzy feature of the trend,the homogeneity feature of the Connotation,and imbalance with the labor market. Facing this problem,we should adjust and reform the division of powers mechanism,classification and specialization mechanism of disciplines and specialities,and interaction mechanism.
