黑曲霉植酸酶对豆粕中植酸的脱磷作用 被引量:4

Dephosphorization of Phytic Acid in Soybean Meal by Using Aspergillus niger Phytase

摘要 单胃动物不能有效利用植物性饲料中的磷,因为磷主要以植酸磷的形式存在。通常通过在饲料中添加植酸酶,水解植酸脱磷,来提高动物对磷的利用率。利用黑曲霉发酵产生的植酸酶粗酶液对豆粕中的植酸进行脱磷作用研究。通过单因素试验和正交试验确定植酸酶水解豆粕中植酸的最适条件为:酶加量为600 U/g,底物浓度为60 mg/m L,p H为4,温度为55℃,脱去无机磷的量为4.127 mg/g。最优条件下,豆粕中植酸水解5 h后的水解率为87.34%。 In vegetal foodstuff, the phosphorus existed in the form of phytic acid, and could not be utilized effectively by maongastric animals. Phtase hydrolyzes phtic acid for dephosphorization in foodstuff was an effective approach to elevate that utilization ratio of phosphorus. This experiment researched the dephosphorization of phytic acid in soybean meal by using crude enzyme solution fermented by Aspergillus niger. Based on single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment, the optimal conditions for dephosphorization were obtained as followings: enzyme a dosage 600 U/g, substrate concentration 60 mg/m L, p H 4, the temperature 55 ℃, and the inorganic phosphorus content was 4.127 mg/g. In the optimal conditions, degradation rate of phytic acid in soybean meal was 87.34% after 5 h.
