摘要
毒死蜱是莲藕种植过程中的一种常见农药,研究了毒死蜱在莲藕冷冻加工过程中的残留动态。研究结果表明经过刷洗、去皮、护色、热烫、速冻和挂冰衣等步骤后能去除莲藕50%的毒死蜱残留。该结果对企业降低毒死蜱使用风险值,保证出口莲藕制品安全具有积极的意义。
Chlorpyrifos was one of the most common pesticides in the planting process of lotus root. It discussed the effect of chlorpyrifos residue in lotus root freezing process. The results indicated that after washing, peeling, color protecting, blanching, frozen, hanging ice vests and other steps, 50% chlorpyrifos residues in lotus root could be removed. The results were able to decrease the pesticide risk value and positive to lotus products export safety.
