摘要
介绍了食品级玻璃瓶清洗设备的工作流程,分析了系统的控制要求,构建了以泓格Win Con-8747可编程自动化控制器为核心的洗瓶控制系统,实现了食品级玻璃瓶进瓶、清洗、吹干与出瓶生产过程的全自动控制。实际运行结果证明,设计的系统具有稳定性强、精度高、易于操作与扩展等特点。
Introduce the working process of the food grade glass bottle cleaning equipment, analyze the control requirement of the system, build the acquisitive lattice Win Con-8747 programmable automation controller as the core of food grade glass bottle cleaning control system, realize the medicinal glass bottles into the bottle, clean and do the full automatic control in the process of production. Actual operation results show that design of the system has strong stability, high precision, easy operation and extension, etc.
