摘要
为了降低生产成本,同时又能有效降低魔芋精粉二氧化硫的含量,设计了一种用于降低魔芋精粉二氧化硫含量的装置。该装置充分利用了双氧水的强氧化性,同时避免了与双氧水混合过程中魔芋精粉的黏连问题,整个过程自动进行,不但降低了工人的劳动强度,同时也可以使双氧水和酒精的混合液体与魔芋精粉混合的均匀,可以有效降低魔芋精粉中二氧化硫的含量。
In order to reduce the production cost and effectively reduce the content of sulfur dioxide in konjac powder, a device for sulfur dioxide reduction of konjac powder was designed. The device made full used of the strong oxidation of hydrogen peroxide, and avoided the adhesion of konjak powder with hydrogen peroxide in the mixing process; The whole process was carried out automatically, which not only reduced the labor intensity of workers, also could make mixed liquid of hydrogen peroxide and alcohol and konjac flour mixed evenly, it could effectively reduce the content of sulfur dioxide in konjac powder.
