中深孔预爆破技术在特厚煤层综放工作面初次放顶中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 以四棵树煤炭有限公司八号井B_51107综放工作面为工程背景,针对特厚煤层综采放顶煤工作面初次放顶容易造成大面积悬顶等一系列安全隐患,对特厚煤层综采放顶煤工作面采用两巷超前中深孔预爆破初次放顶方法及关键参数选择进行了初步探索。在工作面运输巷和轨道巷内向开切眼巷布置炮眼,实施中深孔预爆破。该技术在顶煤回收,消除顶板大面积来压安全隐患以及防止回风隅角瓦斯超限等方面取得预期效果,实现了B_51107综放工作面初采期间的安全、高效生产。 The paper takes engineering background of B_51107 fully mechanized top coal caving face in No. 8 mine of Sikeshu Coal Co.,Ltd.,aiming at the potential safety hazard in first caving of ultra- thick seam top coal caving face,such as large area of hanging roof,studies the key parameters of medium- length hole pre- blasting in transportation and track roadway.The shot holes are placed in open- off from the two roadways,the medium- length hole pre- blasting is implemented. The expected effects are achieved in in the top coal recovery,safety risks elimination of large area roof weighting,and prevention of upper corner gas overrun,safe and efficient production of B_51107 caving face is realized in initial caving.
