摘要
以煤矿地质条件、煤层性质为影响掘进效率的出发点,从掘进机和煤岩的受力情况进行分析,以EBZ-132型掘进机为例,结合线性回归分析法对收集到的实际数据进行T检验和F检验,得出最佳的割煤速度和时间。通过对掘进机安全高效的实际研究与应用,结果表明该研究对解决掘进作业效率低下的问题具有较高的理论和实践指导作用。
Considering the coal mine geological conditions and coal seam characteristics as the main influencing factors of heading efficiency,the stress situation of heading machine and coal body is analyzed,t test and f test are carried out based on EBZ- 132 heading machine,combining with linear regression analysis,the best cutting speed and time are obtained;through the fault tree analysis of roadheader accident,the probability importance degree,structure importance and critical importance degree are analyzed and reasonable measures are proposed. The practical research and application show that,the method helps to improve the low heading efficiency.
