摘要
针对传统液固流化床对粗煤泥分选的局限性,提出通过加入重介提高分选介质的密度,使宽粒级物料基于密度分选。开展了重介质液固流化床和传统液固流化床在不同床层压力和上升水速条件下对粗煤泥分选效果的试验研究。分析结果表明:在同一上升水速,不同床层压力下,加入介质后,可能偏差E值较不加介质时最大可降低0.070,数量效率至少增加4.43%,精煤灰分小于10%时,精煤产率增加5.2%;同一床层压力,不同上升水速条件下,加入介质后,可能偏差E值较不加介质时至少降低0.030,数量效率至少提高1.87%,精煤灰分小于10%时,精煤产率提高1.79%,分选精度和分选效果均得到明显提升。
Aiming at the limitation of coarse slime separation in traditional liquid solid fluidized bed,the paper improves separation medium density by adding in heavy- medium,to make the wide- size- fraction materials separated by density.Experimental study on coarse slime separation effect are carried out under different bed pressure and water velocity conditions in dense medium liquid solid fluidized bed and the conventional liquid solid fluidized bed. The results show that under the same rising water velocity and different bed pressure,after adding the medium,the possible deviation E can be decreases by 0. 070 without the medium,the quantity efficiency increases by at least 4. 43%,with the requirement of clean coal ash contents below 10%,the clean coal yield is improved by 5. 2%. Under the same bed layer pressure and different water velocity conditions, the possible deviation decreases by at least 0. 030 after adding the medium, the quantity efficiency increases at least by 1. 87%,with the requirement of clean coal ash contents below 10%,the clean coal yield is improved by 1. 79%. The separation accuracy and effect are significantly improved.
