摘要
设计了一种能够测试带式输送机主要运行阻力的测试装置,介绍了测试装置的总体设计及其平台搭建基础、加载系统设计、测试系统设计,并介绍了该测试装置的试验方法,最后进行了误差分析和重复性测试。测试结果表明该测试装置能够模拟不同直径的托辊、输送带的类型、载荷、带速对主要运行阻力的影响,为降低主要运行阻力及输送机的能耗提供了相应的参考依据,而且为间接测试输送机的压陷阻力提供有益的借鉴。
A test apparatus for the main running resistance of belt conveyor is developed. This paper introduces the general design,the platform basis,and the design of loading system and testing system,and introduces the test method of the test device. And the error analysis and repeatability test are carried out. The results show that,the test device can simulate the influence of different parameters on main running resistance,including roller diameter,conveyor belt type,load and belt speed,so as to provide references for reducing energy consumption and main running resistance of belt conveyor,and for the indirect test of belt conveyor pressure sag resistance.
