摘要
根据套管钻进对传扭装置的功能要求,介绍了传扭装置的设计要求、结构及工作原理,并对传扭销的直径进行了计算校核,通过对其关键接触部位有限元分析,为传扭装置的结构设计及加工提供依据,最后进行了现场试验,结果表明,传扭装置设计能满足使用要求,性能可靠,操作简便。
The paper introduced design requirements,structure and operation principle of the device according to the functional requirements of torque device for casing drilling,and the diameter of torque peg was checked with calculation.Key contact area of the device was analyzed by finite element analysis,which provided the basis for structural design and processing of the device. Finally,industrial test was carried out,and the torque device design met the requirements,with reliable performance and easy operation.
