摘要
基于水力压裂技术在提高煤层渗透率方面的潜在优势,针对我国煤层透气性差带来的煤矿瓦斯(煤层气)抽采率低、瓦斯治理困难等问题,在对煤矿井下水力压裂特点和设备要求研究的基础上,以"高压力、高流量、体积小、可拆装、能卸压"为主要攻关目标,对井下水力压裂泵组进行了研发与制造。不同矿区多个生产矿井现场试验表明,研制的压裂泵组在施工压裂、排量、电控等方面完全可满足作业需要,压裂后煤层渗透率大幅提高,瓦斯治理效果显著。
According to the potential advantages of hydraulic fracturing technology in permeability improvement of coal seam,in view of the low drainage rate and management difficulty of coal mine gas( coalbed methane) caused by low coal seam permeability in our country,the paper researches and manufactures the underground hydraulic fracturing pump unit,based on the characteristic study of hydraulic fracturing and equipment requirements for underground coal mine,taking"high pressure,high flow,small volume,removable,pressure relievable"as the main goal. The field tests of multiple mine production show that: the fracturing pump unit can meet the needs of fracturing construction, displacement and electric control,and the permeability of coal seam has a substantial increase,favorable gas control effect is achieved.
