摘要
发展装配式建筑是上海实施建筑行业推进"创新驱动发展、经济转型升级"的重要举措,是实现绿色建筑发展的要求。从上海市装配式建筑相关政策、科研及工程现状研究了上海市装配式建筑推进现状,指出其发展瓶颈及原因,并提出了相应的对策,为从业人员和相关管理部门提供参考。
Development of prefabricated building is an important measure of promoting the implementation of Shanghai ＂innovation driven development,economic transformation and upgrade＂ in construction industry and is also the requirements of achieving the development of green building. This paper studies the relevant policies, present situation of scientific research and engineering research of prefabricated building in Shanghai, points out the bottleneck of the development and its causes, proposes corresponding countermeasures, which will supply references for practitioners and government departments.
