摘要
报告1例女性外阴大汗腺囊瘤。患者女,42岁。左侧小阴唇内侧结节2年余。皮肤科检查:左侧小阴唇内侧一豌豆大球形半透明结节。皮损组织病理检查:真皮内囊肿结构,囊壁由内层柱状细胞及间断分布的外层肌上皮细胞组成,可见顶浆分泌。诊断:大汗腺囊瘤。
A case of vulvar apocrine hidrocystoma is reported. A-42-old-year woman presented with a solitary flesh colored dome-shaped nodule on her left labia minora for about two years. Histopathological examination showed a cyst in the dermis. The cyst walls were composed of columnar cells in the inner layer, and of discontinuously distributed myoepithelial cells in the outer layer. Apocrine secretion was evident. The diagnosis of vulval apoerine hidrocystoma was made.
