皮肤未分化多形性肉瘤

A case of cutaneous undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma

报告1例皮肤未分化多形性肉瘤。患者女,74岁。左肘部、左前臂及右肘部结节10个月余。左肘部皮损组织病理检查:真皮层肿瘤细胞呈明显的多形性,细胞似成纤维细胞样或组织细胞样,交织排列呈席纹状,可见形状怪异的多核巨细胞,核分裂象多见。免疫组化:CD68(+),CD99(+),CD163(+),波形蛋白(vimentin)(+),核增殖抗原(Ki-67)约75%(+)。诊断:皮肤未分化多形性肉瘤。

A case of cutaneous undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma（UPS） is reported. A 74-year-old female presented with nodules on the both elbows and the left forearm for more than 10 months. Histopathological examination of lesion from the left elbow showed the pleomorphic tumor cells arranged in a storiform pattern in the dermis. Tumor cells were fibroblasts-like or histiocyte-like with bizarre muhinucleated giant cells and increased mitosis. Immunohistochemical staining revealed that the tumor cells were positive for CD68, CD99, CD163, Ki-67（75%） and vimentin. The histopathological changes and immunohistochemical staining supported the diagnosis of cutaneous UPS.
