摘要
1病历摘要
患者女，21岁。因左足红斑及疼痛4d，加重1d．于2014年6月513来我科就诊。患者4d前开始出现左足皮肤潮红、肿胀，伴灼热感及疼痛，遂至当地医院就诊，诊断为丹毒，予阿莫西林双氯西林口服，环丙沙星软膏外涂等治疗，症状未见好转。1d前左足红肿明显加重，遂由我院皮肤科门诊收入住院。
