浅谈我国清真饮食文化的开发与利用

清真饮食是伴随穆斯林民族的形成而逐渐发展起来的,它承载着穆斯林们对伊斯兰教的信仰观念,在其发展过程中对穆斯林民族社会发挥了极其重要的作用,如果这一资源能够合理地被开发和利用,这必将会推动全球伊斯兰民族的发展,并为构建和谐社会做出贡献。该文对清真饮食文化所蕴含的经济价值和文化价值进行了整理,讨论了我国清真饮食文化发展面临的问题及其建议,以望对我国清真饮食文化未来的发展有所裨益。

Halal diet is associated with the forming and developing of Muslim gradually; it carries with Muslims＇ Islamic religious beliefs,and plays an important role in the Muslim nation society in the process of development. If the resource can be rationally utilized,it will promote the development of the global Islamic nation,and make contribution to the construction of a harmonious society. This paper redacts the Halal Diet Culture＇s economic and cultural value,and discusses the problems and suggestions which appeared in the process of Halal diet culture development in our country for the sake of assisting the development of Halal diet culture.
