一株白僵菌的分离及最适培养基的筛选

摘要 从蚕僵虫中分离一株白僵菌菌株Bb2003092502,分别在以淀粉类和纤维素类等为主料的固体培养基上进行培养,结果表明:淀粉类培养基中以大米为主料的培养基白僵菌产孢子最多,菌丝生长最好;纤维素为主料的培养基中玉米杆粉相对好一些;两类培养基比较,白僵菌在淀粉类培养基中的生长情况、产孢子量明显优于纤维类培养基。 A beauveria( Bb2003092502) is segregated from the bombys batryticatus and cultivated under the environment of solid substrate including farinaceous substance and cellulose products. The results of experiment show that in the substrate of farinaceous substance with rice as major material are both better than the environment of other farinaceous substances in the number of breeding spores and hypha growing situation. In addition,among the substrate of cellulose products,corn stalk is relatively better than other materials. However,the results of comparing the substrate of farinaceous substance and cellulose products show that the former is obviously better than the latter in growing situation and the number of breeding spores.
