稻纵卷叶螟杀虫剂敏感基线的建立与抗药性监测 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]为了对稻纵卷叶螟的抗药性进行系统性监测,建立了稻纵卷叶螟对常用药剂的毒力敏感基线,在此基础上测定分析了江苏省2015年稻纵卷叶螟的抗药性水平。[方法]采用稻苗浸渍法测定了2010至2013年间稻纵卷叶螟初孵幼虫对氯虫苯甲酰胺、毒死蜱、茚虫威、阿维菌素以及多杀菌素的敏感性,据此建立了稻纵卷叶螟对这5种杀虫剂的毒力敏感基线,在此基础上,2015年对采自江苏武进、盐城以及江浦稻田的稻纵卷叶螟抗药性水平进行了监测。[结果]氯虫苯甲酰胺、毒死蜱、茚虫威、阿维菌素和多杀菌素敏感基线的LC50值分别为1.017、1.147、0.018、0.014和0.019 mg·L-1,监测数据表明江苏武进、盐城以及江浦稻纵卷叶螟对氯虫苯甲酰胺的抗性倍数为0.6~1.2,对毒死蜱的抗性倍数为1.2~2.2,对茚虫威的抗性倍数为1.5~2.5,对阿维菌素的抗性倍数为1.0~4.3,对多杀菌素的抗性倍数为4.8~10.2。[结论]2015年江苏省稻纵卷叶螟尚未对氯虫苯甲酰胺、毒死蜱、茚虫威和阿维菌素产生抗性,但已对多杀菌素产生低到中等水平的抗性。 [Objectives]In order to monitor the resistance status of rice leaffolder,Cnaphalocrocis medinalis( Güenée) to insecticides,the susceptibility baselines of rice leaffolder to insecticides were established in this study,and the resistance levels of rice leaffolder from Jiangsu Province in 2015 were analyzed. [Methods]The susceptibilities of rice leaffolder to chlorantraniliprole,chlorpyrifos,indoxacarb,abamectin and spinosad were assayed by rice seedling dipping method with neonate during 2010-2013. The baselines for these five insecticides were established based on the susceptibility assay. [Results]The LC50 of the baselines were 1. 017,1. 147,0.018,0.014 and 0.019 mg·L-1for chlorantraniliprole,chlorpyrifos,indoxacarb,abamectin and spinosad,respectively. After establishing the susceptibility baselines,the resistance levels of C. medinalis collected from rice fields of Wujin,Yancheng and Jiangpu,Jiangsu Province,China,during August and September,2015,were ascertained. The resistance levels were 0. 6- 1. 2,1. 2- 2. 2,1. 5-2.5,1.0- 4. 3 and 4. 8- 10. 2 for chlorantraniliprole,chlorpyrifos,indoxacarb,abamectin,and spinosad,respectively. [Conclusions]Results showed that no resistance was observed for chlorantraniliprole,chlorpyrifos,indoxacarb and abamectin,however,C. medinalis from Jiangsu Province has developed low to moderate resistance to spinosad.
