糖尿病致胰腺癌的机制研究现状

Research status on mechanism of diabetes leading to pancreatic cancer

胰腺癌是"癌中之王",临床许多胰腺癌患者合并有糖尿病。糖尿病致胰腺癌有多种机制参与,目前发现主要与高胰岛素血症、胰岛素抵抗、高血糖、胰岛素样生长因子、免疫系统、氧化应激与炎性反应、肥胖、游离脂肪酸、转化因子等因素作用相关,笔者就糖尿病致胰腺癌的发病机制研究现状做一综述。

Pancreatic cancer is the＂ king of cancer＂. Many diabetes patients complicated with pancreatic cancer in clinic, and there are a variety of mechanisms involved in that. Now we found that it is mainly related to hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance, hyperglycemia, insulin-like growth factor, immune system, oxidative stress and inflammation response factors, obesity, free fatty acids, conversion factor and so on. This article gives an overview on research status of the pathogenesis involved in diabetes patients complicated with pancreatic cancer.
