摘要
目前,微血管减压术(microvascular decompression,MVD)治疗面肌痉挛(hemifacial spasm,HFS)安全有效,但仍有小部分患者手术效果不佳甚至无效或术后复发。笔者对本科室应用MVD治疗面肌痉挛110例的疗效及并发症情况进行回顾分析,以总结经验,为今后的临床工作提供指导。
Currently microvascular decompression （MVD） is safe and effective for treating hemifacial spasm （HFS）, but there are still ineffective or even failed and postoperative recurrence cases. The authors retrospectively analyzed the curative effect and complications of 110 cases of HFS that treated by MVD, with an aim of summing up experience and providing guidance for clinical work in the future.
