利培酮联用丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗精神分裂症兴奋躁动研究

Research of risperidone combined with sodium valproate sustained release tablets in the treatment of agitation in schizophrenia

目的探讨利培酮联用丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗精神分裂症兴奋躁动的临床疗效。方法 62例精神分裂症患者,随机分为联用组(30例)与对照组(32例)。联用组采用利培酮联用丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗,对照组采用氟哌啶醇治疗。以阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估两组疗效,用不良反应症状量表(TESS)来评估不良反应。结果联用组与对照组的总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联用组治疗7、14 d后对兴奋、冲动、情感活跃的症状控制优于对照组(P<0.05);联用组锥体外系副反应(EPS)发生例数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利培酮联用丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗精神分裂症兴奋躁动症状的疗效优于氟哌啶醇,且不良反应较少。

Objective To investigate curative effects by risperidone combined with sodium valproatesustained release tablets in the treatment of agitation in schizophrenia. Methods A total of 62 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into combined group（30 cases） and control group（32 cases）. The combined group received risperidone combined with sodium valproate sustained release tablets for treatment, and the control group received haloperidol alone for treatment. Positive and negative syndrome scale（PANSS） was used to evalue curative effects of the two groups, and treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS） was applied to evaluate adverse reactions. Results There was no statistical significance in difference of total effective rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The combined group showed better effect in controlling impulsion, excitation, agitation in schizophrenia than the control group after 7 and 14 d of treatment（P〈0.05）. The combined group had less cases with extrapyramidal side effects（EPS） than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of risperidone and sodium valproate sustained release tablets provides better curative effect on agitation in schizophrenia than haloperidol, with few adverse reactions.
