摘要
通过碳纤维布与木材黏结界面的单剪试验,给出了碳纤维布应变发展及分布规律,讨论了黏结长度、黏结宽度和碳纤维布厚度等试验参数对黏结性能的影响,构建了相应的黏结滑移本构模型,并引入黏结宽度比系数给出了单层碳纤维布与木材顺纹界面黏结应力峰值的计算公式。基于单剪试验的非线性有限元分析结果具有一定的精度。
Single-shear tests were conducted to investigate the bond behavior of carbon fiber sheet-to-timber interfaces including the FRP strain distribution and its development with loading. The influence of the bond length, bond width and thickness of fiber sheet were considered and discussed, leading to a bond stress-slip relationship. Furthermore a coefficient of bond width ratio was introduced, and a formula for calculating the peak bond stress on the single layer carbon fiber sheet-to-timber parallel to grain interface was also given. Finite element analyses were conducted to simulate the single test and results were shown to be in reasonable agreement with the test results.
