摘要
水泥窑尾预热器塔架的钢平台板在承受水平荷载作用时存在稳定性问题。采用非线性有限元法,对单向及双向角钢加劲的典型钢平台板块的稳定性能进行研究,确定竖向及水平两个方向荷载共同作用下钢平台板块的稳定承载力,给出了角钢加劲钢平台板块的稳定承载力的实用设计公式。
Steel floor panels of the pre-heater tower for cement kiln may buckle under horizontal loads. The stability of typical steel floor panel stiffened with one-way or two-way steel angles was studied by nonlinear finite element method. Load bearing capacities were determined for the steel floor panels considering the combined action of vertical and horizontal loads. Design formulas were then presented for the practical design of this kind of steel floor panels.
