摘要 建筑信息模型(BIM)是建筑工程领域信息化、数字化最直接表达,正在引发行业深刻变革。在对BIM的定义、功能、价值以及难点进行研究分析的基础上,对BIM在某大型游艺项目施工全周期中的应用进行总结和分析。通过协同工作方式,模型多专业整合和碰撞检查,科学的沟通平台和协调机制,建立充分协调BIM模型,实现了精确高效的深化设计、方案交底、工厂预制以及BIM多维延伸应用,促进了项目管理的全面提升。 Building information model (BIM) is the most direct presentation to informatization and digitization of building engineering field, which is causing profound changes in the building industry. Based on analyzing definition, function, value and difficulty of BIM, the application of BIM to whole construction cycle of a theme park was summarized and analyzed. The fully coordinated model was created by collaborative work method, multi-specialty integrating, collision checking, advanced communication platform and coordination mechanism. The BIM was applied to detailed design, construction scheme explanation, prefabrication and other muhidimensional extension application efficiently, which improved project management level.
