摘要
随着更年期女性基数不断增大,更年期综合管理任务重大。更年期女性特殊的身心变化,医务人员对更年期疾病的认识不足和不当的沟通方式都易引发医患纠纷。该文结合更年期女性的身心特点及目前已经开展的更年期综合管理门诊服务流程,探讨更年期综合管理门诊临床实践中的医患沟通技巧。
The increasing of basic number of menopausal women makes great pressure on menopause integrated management clinic. Since menopausal women have special physical and psychological changes, any medical personnel lack of knowledge of menopause or with inappropriate communication skills will easily lead to medical disputes. This paper explored the communication skills in clinical practice between doctors and patients in menopause integrated management clinic by describing the physical and psychological characteristics of menopausal women and the current service processes which menopause integrated management clinic carried out.
