异常早期妊娠发病率高,可出现异常阴道出血、腹痛、腹腔大出血及继发失血性休克等并发症,严重威胁着孕妇生命健康,临床上应尽早诊断。近年来超声技术迅速发展,同时结合临床多种相关化验指标,大大提高了异常早期妊娠的检出率,为临床医师的进一步诊疗提供了重要依据。本文针对常见异常早期妊娠的超声诊断进展进行综述。

With the high incidence of abnormal first trimester pregnancy that can cause a variety of clinical manifestations,such as abnormal vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain,abdominal bleeding and secondary hemorrhagic shock,it has become a serious threat to the life and health of pregnant women,so it should be clinically diagnosed as early as possible.In recent years,due to the fast development of ultrasonic technology combined with a number of clinically relevant assay index,providing important basis for further diagnosis and treatment for clinicians,relevance ratio of abnormal first trimester pregnancy is greatly improved.This article mainly discusses and summarizes the ultrasound diagnosis progress of common abnormal first trimester pregnancy.
