综合护理在治疗腰痛中的效果观察

目的探讨综合护理能力在治疗腰痛的应用效果。方法选取2015年1~12月我院收治的80例使用中医定向透药治疗仪进行治疗的腰痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,各40例,研究组进行综合护理,对照组进行基础护理。比较两组患者治疗后VAS评分、住院时间、腰痛疗效优良率及护理满意度的差异。结果治疗3 d后,研究组VAS评分为（3.43±0.84）分,低于对照组（P〈0.05）,研究组住院时间短于对照组（P〈0.05）;研究组患者腰痛疗效优良率和护理满意度分别为95.0%、97.5%,对照组分别为80.0%、75.0%,两组比较差异有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理能力对治疗腰痛效果显著,对减轻患者疼痛,促进患者康复有积极作用,还能提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate effects of comprehensive ability care for treatment of lumbago. Methods 80 cases of lumbago patients in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group,each groups was 40 cases.Both the two groups′ patients were treated by Chinese medicine targeted drug therapy instrument.Research group received comprehensive ability care,while control group received basic care.The VAS score,hospital stay time,efficacy rate,care satisfaction rate of two groups were compared. Results After 3 days treatment,the VAS score of research group was（3.43±0.84）,which was lower than control group（P0.05）.The hospital stay time research group was shorter than control group（P0.05）.The efficacy rate,care satisfaction of research group were 97.5%,100.0%,those were significantly higher than that of control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive ability care has exact effect for lumbago patients.It can lighten patients′ pain and promote rehabilitation,as well as improve care satisfaction.It′s worthy of clinical widely used.
