针对下泄水温影响的丰满大坝拆除方案决策分析

摘要 针对丰满水电站重建工程大坝拆除方案,在工程运行、施工等方面均不存在制约的情况下,从下泄水温变化对环境影响的角度开展决策研究。根据工程区环境保护目标及水库季节性封冻的特点,以春夏季对水生生态的影响、冬季对不封冻江面及雾凇景观的影响为双重控制指标,深入研究大坝拆除高程、机组运行方案的影响情况,提出相应的影响减缓措施,为工程方案选择提供决策依据。 Decision analysis was conducted on the demolition scheme of Fengman Dam without restrictions from construction or operation,from the viewpoint of environmental impact of water temperature changes. Based on the environmental protection objectives and the characteristics of seasonal frozen reservoirs,both the aquatic ecosystem in summer and the unfrozen river landscape in winter were considered as dual-control indexes. This study analyzed the impact of demolition height and unit operation mode,put forward the impact mitigation measures,and provided decision basis for the demolition scheme.
