三峡库区消落带环境整治与生态修复调查研究

Investigation on Environmental Remediation and Ecological Restoration of the Three Gorges' Fluctuating Zone

根据三峡库区调度方案,工程运行后将形成世界上最大的水库消落带。在介绍三峡库区消落带概况基础上,分析消落带所引发的生态环境危害,调查研究消落区自然修复、植被恢复试验和消落带治理实践,最后提出提高研发水平、分区治理修复、制定法律法规、建立生态补偿机制等措施。

Based on the scheduled scheme of the Three Gorges Reservoir,the largest reservoir fluctuating zone would form after the project operation. This paper described the profiles of the Three Gorges＇ fluctuating zone,analyzed eco-environmental hazards caused by fluctuating zone,and investigated the natural restoration,re-vegetation trials and remediation practices. Finally,it put forward measures including RD promotion,partitioned governance and remediation,formulation of legislations and regulations,and establishment of ecological compensation mechanism.
