单纯内固定与内固定结合椎体成形术治疗脊柱骨折的疗效对比

Comparison of clinical effects between simple internal fixation and internal fixation with vertebroplasty in treatment of spinal fracture

目的探讨单纯内固定与内固定结合椎体成形术治疗脊柱骨折的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月—2015年1月收治的75例脊柱骨折患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(n=37)和观察组(n=38),对照组患者采用单纯内固定治疗,观察组患者采用内固定结合椎体成形术治疗,对两组患者临床治疗效果进行分析。结果观察组患者临床优良率较对照组更高,治疗后伤椎前高压缩比、Cobb角改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对脊柱骨折患者,内固定结合椎体成形术治疗能显著改善患者临床症状,促进脊柱恢复,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of simple internal fixation and internal fixation with vertebroplasty in the treatment of spinal fracture. Methods Seventy-five patients with spinal fracture treated in Xinxiang Second People＇s Hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group （n=37） and experiment group （n =38） according to random number table method. Patients in control group were treated with simple internal fixation, while those in experiment group were treated with internal fixation with vertebroplasty. The clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results The clinical excellent and good rates in experiment group were higher than those in control group, and the ratio of the injured vertebral compression and Cobb angle in experiment group were significantly better than those in control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with spinal fracture, internal fixation with vertebroplasty can obviously promote the recovery and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
