摘要
目的对脑转移瘤患者伽玛刀治疗期间的护理体会。方法 2004年5月—2014年4月对伽玛刀治疗的2 851例脑转移瘤患者进行全程护理。结果采用伽玛刀治疗的脑转移瘤患者,通过精心护理,患者安全、顺利完成治疗,无并发症发生。结论采用伽玛刀治疗脑转移瘤患者,治疗前认真健康教育,消除患者的紧张、恐惧心理,能使患者更好地配合治疗,严密观察病情变化;治疗后给予耐心细致的护理;出院后认真指导,伽马刀治疗效果显著提高。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience in the treatment of patients with metastatic brain tumors using gamma knife. Methods The experience in providing nursing service for 2 851 patients with metastatic brain tumors undergoing gamma knife treatment between May 2004 and April 2014 was summarized. Results After intensive nursing, patients successfully completed gamma knife treatment in safety, with no complications. Conclusion In treatment of patients with brain metastatic tumors using gamma knife, proper instruction and education before treatment, intensive nursing during hospitalization as well as careful guidance after discharge can release stress and bring good cooperation from patients, and can improve the effect of gamma knife treatment.
