勒马回化学成分的研究

A Study on Chemical Constituents of Pseudolysimachion linariifolium subsp. Dilatatum

目的:研究玄参科穗花属植物勒马回[Pseudolysimachion linariifolium subsp.dilatatum(Nakai&Kitagawa)D.Y.Hong]的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离、纯化,通过各种波谱技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别为3,4-dimethoxybenzoic acid(1)、4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid(2)、3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid(3)、4-hydroxyphenethyl tetradecanoate(4)。结论:所有化合物均为首次在该植物中分离得到。

Objective： To study the chemical constituents of Pseudolysimachion linariifolium subsp. Dilatatum（ Nakai Kitagawa） D. Y. Hong. Methods： The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,preparative TLC as well as recrystallization. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Results：Four compounds were obtained and identified as 3,4-dimethoxybenzoic acid（ 1）,4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid（ 2）,3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid（ 3）,4-hydroxyphenethyl tetradecanoate（ 4）. Conclusions： All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
