摘要
目的:研究玄参科穗花属植物勒马回[Pseudolysimachion linariifolium subsp.dilatatum(Nakai&Kitagawa)D.Y.Hong]的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离、纯化,通过各种波谱技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别为3,4-dimethoxybenzoic acid(1)、4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid(2)、3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid(3)、4-hydroxyphenethyl tetradecanoate(4)。结论:所有化合物均为首次在该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Pseudolysimachion linariifolium subsp. Dilatatum( Nakai Kitagawa) D. Y. Hong. Methods: The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,preparative TLC as well as recrystallization. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Results:Four compounds were obtained and identified as 3,4-dimethoxybenzoic acid( 1),4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid( 2),3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid( 3),4-hydroxyphenethyl tetradecanoate( 4). Conclusions: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
