当前,"大众创业、万众创新"已成为促进我国经济可持续发展的一项重大战略举措。充分运用虚拟仿真与信息技术,融合创新创业决策理论,研发成功了基于网络运行的"互联网+"创新创业决策竞赛平台,可供全国数千支参赛队、数万名人员同时参加创新创业决策竞赛,在短短的几天时间内就能获得在实际中需几年才能获得的经验与体会,对加快我国创新创业决策人才培养有着非常重要的现实意义。

Nowadays, public entrepreneurship and innovation is becoming an extremely important strategy in China. Based on modern information and virtual simulation technology, this paper is written to discuss the construction and application of web＋ innovation and entrepreneurship decision-making simulation contest platform, which allows thousands of teams to participate in the contest simultaneously, bringing the contestants years of valuable experience in reality, creating a new way of training innovative entrepreneurial decision-making talent.
