广西公立医院改制冗员数量测算研究

Research on public hospitals reform and the redundant in Guangxi

[目的]为广西公立医院改制测算冗员数量,并提出相应的对策。[方法]从广西卫生统计年鉴收集2010-2013年广西医疗卫生从业人员数据,利用冗员数量模型进行测算。[结果]广西公立医院改制需安置的冗员数量约为1.3万人。[结论]改制冗员数量庞大,安置成本负担不轻,需在保持稳定的基础上运用多方并举的措施安置改制冗员。

Objective To Measure the number of redundancies of Guangxi public hospitals＇ reforming so as to put forward some corresponding policy. Methods Collected health staffs data from Guangxi health statistics yearbook （2010 to 2013 ） . Used the number of redundancies model to calculate it. Results With Guangxi public hospitals＇ reforming, there were about 13 thousand redundancies required to be resettled. Conclu- sions The result shows that Guangxi public hospitals＇ reforming has to reduce a lot of redundancies, it also needs to expend large cost. It re- quires comprehensive ways to resettle the redundancies for maintaining social stabilization.
