3D打印技术在全膝关节置换术中的应用价值 被引量:12

摘要 目的评价3D打印技术用于全膝关节置换术的临床疗效及安全性。方法将接受初次单侧全膝关节置换(TKA)的患者40例随机分为2组,3D组20例采用3D打印辅助TKA手术,术前根据CT扫描数据建模行膝关节3D打印,制作膝关节模型,并计算截骨量,截骨角度,根据测量数据选取适合的膝关节假体。常规组20例采用常规TKA手术。记录2组手术时间和手术出血量(术中出血量+术后引流量),评估2组术后2周时HSS膝关节评分、膝关节活动度及下肢力线的改善情况,比较2组并发症发生情况。结果 3D组手术时间明显短于常规组(P<0.05),手术出血量明显少于常规组(P<0.05)。2组术后2周膝关节活动范围、HSS膝关节评分、术后股骨与胫骨机械轴夹角比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。2组术中和术后均未见明显并发症。结论 3D打印技术辅助TKA手术对患者膝关节功能、下肢力线和关节活动度的改善情况与常规TKA手术无异,但手术时间更短、手术出血量更少。
