摘要
本文在世界核电定子冲片绝缘工艺领域首次采用"无取向硅钢片水溶性漆一次涂漆工艺",针对水溶性绝缘涂层展开了全面、深入的研究,攻克了一次涂漆工艺涂层附着性差、边缘增厚效应等技术难兲,制造出世界上厚度最薄的核电水溶性绝缘涂层,涂层综合性能达到世界一流水平。论文研究成果用于核电产品制造,具有重大的经济效益和社会效益。
The paper uses "water soluble coating one-time painting process for non-oriented silicon steel sheet" in the area of stator core insulation firstly in the world, and studies comprehensively and thoroughly for the insulation coating, and overcomes the adhesion and edge over-coating problems, and makes out the thinnest coating in the world whose performance is world-class. The results of this paper are applied to nuclear power, which is of great economic and social benefit.
