摘要
文章从电子天平的正确使用以及滤筒本身物理特性对其称量准确性的影响进行了分析。提出对电子天平的正确使用(即预热—运动天平—校准—进行称量)是确保称量结果准确性的基础;通过滤筒称量实验,指出实验室环境、烘干时间是实验室分析中影响滤筒称量准确性的重要因素,并提出了延长烘干时间至4h,采用具盖的专用称量瓶以减少环境空气对滤筒称量的影响等解决方案。
This essay deals with the analysis of the correct usage of electronic balance and the effects of physical characteristics of filter cylinder on the weighing accuracy. The article suggests that the correct usage of electronic balance (preheating- activating balance – calibrating - weighing) is the basis of accuracy of weighing. Through filter weighing experiments, it also puts forward that laboratory environment and time of drying are the critical factors affecting the weighing accuracy of filter cylinder. Finally, the essay proposes the solutions of decreasing the effects of ambient air on the weighing of filter cylinder by lengthening the time of drying to 4h and adopting the specialized weighing bottle with lid.
