党的十七大对思政工作提出注重人文关怀和心理疏导的新要求,是对新时期高校学生工作的新指示。马克思主义是科学的世界观和方法论,其中蕴含着丰富的人文关怀思想,马克思人文关怀思想启示教师在开展高校思想工作时要以人为本,解决好"现实的人"的现实问题,尊重每个人的个性发展。深入理解并把握好马克思人文关怀思想,对当下我国高校学生工作人文关怀具有重要的指导作用。

New requirements focus on humanistic care and psychological counseling for the ideological and political work had been put forward on the Party Congress, and it’s a new indication of College Students work in the new period. Marxism is a scientific world outlook and methodology, which contains a wealth of humanistic care thought, Marx’s humanistic care revealed to us that carrying out ideological work in Universities should be people-oriented, to solve the＂real man＂ in reality, respect for each person＇s personality development. Deeply understanding and grasping Marx’s ideology of humanistic care is important for the current college students work.
