浅谈新形势下加强农村科普工作的意义及对策研究

Discussion on the significance and countermeasures of strengthening the work of science popularization in the rural areas under the new situation

广西是以农业生产为主的少数民族边境地区,山区多,土地贫瘠,自然条件先天不足,虽然经过三十多年的改革开放,山区及边境地区的广大农村居民生产生活水平有了很大的提高,特别是实施了国务院颁布的《兴边富民行动规划(2011—2015年)》以来,农村的各项事业得到了长足的发展。但是,由于受到特殊的地理位置的限制,农村地区的经济社会发展较城市而言还是相对落后的,要完成党中央提出的"十三五"各项任务,使农村和城市同步迈入小康社会,加强农村的科普工作尤为重要。文章针对新形势下加强农村科普工作的意义及对策展开研究。

Guangxi is mainly to the agricultural production of ethnic minority border areas, mountain, barren land, natural conditions congenitally deficient, although after 30 years of reform and opening up, mountainous and border areas of the majority of rural residents production and living standards have greatly improved, especially since the implementation of the State Council promulgated the ＂Prospering frontier and enriching action plan （2011 - 2015）＂, the various undertakings in the countryside has been considerable development. However, due to the special geographical position, the economic and social development in rural areas is still relatively backward compared with the city, to complete the Party Central Committee put forward the ＂l 3th five-year plan＂ of the task, make the countryside and cities entered a well-off society in an all-round way, it is important to strengthen the rural popular science work. This paper studies the significance and countermeasures of strengthening the work of science popularization in rural areas under the new situation.
