The Party's Basic Line points out our Party's fundamental task,the objective for striveness, the onward way, and the basic policy; reflects the development needs of advanced social productive forces and advanced culture; represents the fundamental interests of the people of the whole country;reflects intensively the essential need of 'three represents' theory. Under the new situation, 'three represents' theory is carried out, while the Basic Line must be followed unswervingly.
